Do you feel alone, lonely or isolated?⁠ ⁠ Feel Do you feel alone, lonely or isolated?⁠ ⁠ Feel as though no one understands you?⁠ ⁠ Please understand that you are not alone. There are so many people who will always ensure that you don't feel alone. ⁠ Whether it's family, friends, your therapist, your coach or even strangers in support groups. ⁠ ⁠ I've met a lot of people who have been supportive, almost like a sisterhood. I took part in a workshop and met a group of lovely, strong and supportive women.⁠ All have been through a different journey but we can relate to one another. ⁠ The amount of power and encouragement that can come from having a system on the same page as you is amazing.⁠ ⁠ To those who don't feel as they they have anyone, there is a support system you belong to. Success is a journey.⁠⁠ Life is a journey.⁠⁠ Friendship is a journey. ⁠⁠ Relationships are a journey. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Much like these, healing is also a journey. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ I thought I was completely over everything, over the hurt, the pain and the anger, but I was wrong, I still have days when those emotions come and take over and I feel like I'm at square one again. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ I'm sure you've felt like this before or even feel like this now. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ You'll wake up some days and feel like you're on top of the world, or feel better than you did yesterday and there will be days you wake up and you don't feel like doing anything and you start questioning yourself. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ One thing to make sure of is to not allow those down days to take control of the progress you have made so far. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Yes there's a lot of back and forth but in the end it's going to be so worth it. ⁠⁠ "It’s all about the small wins" ⁠@rochellerosario.ig⁠⁠ •⁠⁠ •⁠⁠ •⁠⁠ •⁠⁠ •⁠⁠ #recovery #instadaily #important #healing #journey #movingforward #coach #trauma #awareness #survivor #backandforth
